The history of Yorizons began in the summer of 2020. For several years now, we have seen an evolution in the functioning of Yachts and management companies.
The yachting industry had already started to change and the changes in the world in 2020 would amplify it even further.
Yorizons is about a Team, about friendly encounters with a strong wish for all to bring quality services and products to customers they have worked with for a long time
Now more than ever, the yachts, their owners and their crew are going to expect from their providers a very high level of professional services; being more rigorous and organised, having easy remote management and more creativity.
It is on the strength of its observations and of a strong experience and knowledge of the environment that we began to think about the areas of expertise in which we would be able to provide a must in terms of products and services.
The 3 T’s for Toys, Tools and Textile were hereby born.
The rest is just a story of nice encounters, like the one with John Irving (AER Founder) or Fabrice Pougez (MAT Watches) and a continued link and common value with the staff in strong brands like North Sails, Dubarry and others, in fact just a story of a few people who know and trust each other to constitute the 4th T, Team, the on-land crew.
It is a difficult task to summarise an offer, a concept and a philosophy all in the name and logo of a new company!
We wanted to have new horizons, that’s for sure, but also to look further, to look at our job with more height and above all by putting ourselves even more in the eyes and the conditions of our customers.
So, we decided to offer you, « new horizons for Yachts. »
To create a logo dedicated to Yachting that can be seen from both sides, something that looks just as good from left to right as from right to left, towards the sunset as well as towards the rising sun. Thus, YORIZONS was born.
Each of us have our own experience and strong expertise in the field in which we operate. Whether it be in the field of interior linen or uniforms, where most of us have equipped the biggest yachts in the world for almost a decade, or, in terms of project management and now, accessories and toys that we are looking for you while respecting our DNA: innovation, quality and a high level of service.
Hi there! I’m 22 years old and I am the Marketing and Sales assistant at Yorizons, New Horizons for Yachts.
I’ve been lucky enough to have been brought up around the Yachting Industry and it has always been a passion of mine, along with making people smile. I am now honoured to say that I am the youngest employee in Yorizons and I am able to fulfil my passion while having found my place alongside a fantastic team!
I’m a happy, relaxed, animal loving person, who can be a bit of a space cadet at times… but I love a good challenge, developing my skills and creating new ones in all aspects of my life; loving to travel and trying my best to help protect our planet and here at Yorizons, we are always conscious of how we can work in an environmentally friendly way.
Hello, I’m Thomas and after working in a few different industries around Europe, I’ve decided to come back to the South of France and try the Yachting Industry.
I have discovered a very unique and interesting business, which allows many different options regarding careers and I definitely love it! I’m here to manage the logistic side of Yorizons, ensuring that your orders will be taken care of professionally, making sure that everything is complete and on time.
French and proud of it, I have been in the yachting industry for almost 10 years after several years of being a seasonal worker on the beaches in the French Riviera. From there I was first a purchasing manager in a uniform company and this is where I developed the skills and passion for fabrics in home linens which I have now worked in for a few years now, being pleased with my progression of becoming the Interior expert of Yorizons!
I am very attentive to my time, with a constant search for noble materials or new techniques while also increasing my eco-responsibility. My thirst for research has no limit!
Hello! I’m Des, 29yo and am a Customer Relationship Manager here at Yorizons! I have been in the yachting industry for a while now, with 10+ years customer service experience, keeping people happy and smiling always.
I love being part of the Yorizons team! Its fun, dynamic, and with the pace of the yachting industry it means there are never two days the same!
I am a chilled, happy person, who can work quickly and effectively under pressure.
I love fitness, traveling, and making people laugh; I am the comedian of Yorizons!

Being 55 and having 2 kids, I am one of the managers of the Yorizons Team.
I started to race/sail in the 80’s with Yves Pajot or Yann Elies, being often on podiums in Tour de France à la voile or EDHEC races.
With a master’s degree in international business and marketing, I wandered around the world for industrial and IT companies. Developing or taking over companies, dealing joint ventures with middle east governments or restructuring sales and marketing teams in multinationals.
In 2008, I settled down in Antibes by taking over Dolphin Wear, thus discovering yachting and uniforms. From 9 people based in Antibes at the start to 40 people equally spread over the Palma and Barcelona sites. The company kept growing until 2019 with the help of David and Lucy Ireland from Deckers who joined the adventure in 2017.
I was also the founding president of ASAP, the association which will advise the city of Antibes on its port strategy and supported the changes that occurred in the VAUBAN port in 2017.
In 2020, I left Dolphin wear & Deckers. It is now the start of a new human and industrial adventure, with even more demands on the quality of the products and services provided.
